Information for Authors

Instructions for Full and Short Paper Presentations

Presenters should arrive in the room assigned to their session at least 10 minutes before the start of their session and check-in upon arrival with the Session Chair.

Papers will be presented in the order they are listed in the program for each session.

Each full paper presentation is allotted 30 minutes.  We recommend a 20-25 minute presentation and a 5-10 minute question/answer session. Each short paper presentation is allotted 15 minutes. We recommend 10-12 minutes for presentation and 3-5 minutes for questions.  Session chairs will strictly enforce time limits.

All presenters will have access to a podium, microphone, and projector (with a standard 4:3 aspect ratio). Presenters are expected to bring their own laptop and cables for use with the projector. All laptops to be used during a session should be tested with the projector prior to the start of the session. Presenters of successive papers may wish to share use of a laptop to minimize computer switches -- this should be arranged and tested prior to the start of the session. We recommend that participants also bring a copy of their presentation on a USB flash drive in addition to a cloud or laptop copy in case of unforeseen technical issues.

Instructions for Poster/Demo Session

The poster session will be held on Monday, June 20 at 6pm.

The conference will provide each accepted poster with a mounting surface.  The preferred poster size is 36 inches high by 24 inches wide.

Accepted presenters must bring their posters and demonstrations with them as accommodations will not be made for printing on site.
